Update:04-08-23
This week we have brought forward our items and content management system and made additions to our Elemental Runestones point of interest.
Change Log
- Added Content Management system:
- This system allows content files to be downloaded from our CDN to help manage changes to content and fix issues.
- At startup of the app, the client will check for the latest build and download new files if necessary.
- If the client already has the latest version it will load the data needed from your device.
- Added Player Inventory:
- The inventory can be accessed via the temporary player menu by clicking on the player icon.
- Players start with 16 slots which can later be upgraded.
- The inventory can store a variety of items, and store multiple stacks of the same item.
- Added 6 remaining elemental runestones as new variations of the POI. This means that Fire and Water are joined by:
- Earth
- Frost
- Nature
- Storm
- Light
- Darkness
- Added Elemental Rune Tablets as rewards for making an offering to the Elemental Runestones.
- Each runestone element will provide its own unique rune tablet.
- Runestones can provide between 1-7 runestones.
- Runestones currently stack up to 10 per slot in the inventory.
- Added a button to view the wiki from the player menu.
- Added a button to view the latest patch notes from the player menu.
- Changed Elemental Runestones to start facing in the direction of players to better determine its element.
- Fixed Points of Interest not being removed from the map after expiration.
- Fixed issues with locations not spawning on start up.
- Fixed scaling of multiple UI elements and windows (thank you CrazyMage).
- Fixed ferry transport routes from rendering as roads in the middle of bodies of water.
